6. Content Ownership & Rights

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the delivered content and placements.
  • You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary methodologies, templates, or strategies without written consent.

7. Results Disclaimer

SEO and link building results are inherently variable and depend on many factors including search engine algorithm changes, website quality, competition, and industry trends. 11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 14 days’ written notice. In the event of termination:

  • Work already completed and delivered will be billed and is non-refundable.
  • Any pending deliverables will be paused and reassessed.
  • Active placements already published remain live and are considered delivered.

12. Governing Law
